#1 Very Much = Beaucoup

Actually, ‘Very Much’ doesn’t exist in French. This is a common mistake, even for advanced student. Today, I’ll make sure you use the correct expression.

When you mean ‘Very Much‘ as ‘A lot’ or ‘Really’, then use ‘Beaucoup’. Do not add ‘Very’ before ‘Beaucoup’. Simply use ‘Beaucoup’ when you mean ‘A lot/ ‘Really’/ ‘a Whole Lot’

The Pronunciation is almost like ‘Roku’, say ‘BOKU‘.

Exemples :

Merci beaucoup = Thank you very much.

I don’t like very much = Je n’aime pas beaucoup.
