Bootcamp #22: Common French Adverbs

Beaucoup = a lot

J’aime beaucoup le yoga.

Un peu = a little

J’aime un peu le fromage.

Souvent = often

Je vais souvent au musée.

Parfois = sometimes

Ils vont parfois à la plage.

Toujours = always

Je mange toujours du pain.

Jamais = Never – Use ne + verb + jamais such as

Il n’est jamais content.

Trop (always used in a negative meaning) = too much/ so

J’ai trop froid = I’m so cold

C’est trop grand = It’s too large.

Il va trop vite = He’s going too fast

Très = very

C’est très bon = this is very good
